Ken Dryden (to rousing applause): When Stephen Harper loses the Liberal Party will put in place changes which no party will ever dare undo (as the Harper Party has done with "equity"). Like Medicare, no-one will want to undo the changes, which will address early learning & childcare - which will become ingrained in Canadian culture.
